The LEED Gold project is set to be completed in December 2010. The project is providing work for MBI employees and 30 other companies will benefit from the construction project.
The pipe fabrication shop will fabricate pipe for MBI jobs as well as offering pipe fabrication services for external customers including other mechanical contractors. When completed up to 30 fulltime employees may be added.

July 02, 2010 - Can you believe that this project is well over 1/2 way complete? It seems like we just got started! The building has been completely skinned and the roof should be done by the end of this week. The aprons will be going on in the week to come, and the walls should be framed and inspected by the end of next week, too. We hope to have the garage doors installed beginning next week. The electrical, controls, plumbing/piping, and HVAC installation is ongoing. The majority of the duct will be installed by the end of this week. Next week we hope to have the gas line installed, the base course 97% complete, and the site work just shy of being 100% complete.

June 25, 2010 - The new Pipe Fab Shop & Warehouse is now "skinned" and work on the roof has begun; concrete work in the parking lot is almost complete as well.

June 09, 2010 - The framing for the Pipe Fab Shop & Warehouse building has been completed, the bridge crane (the large yellow crane shown being delivered) has been erected as have the jib cranes, and the exterior skin is starting to be installed.

May 24, 2010 - The steel frame is up and the bridge cranes will go in next.

May 18, 2010 - The concrete pour was finished on May 17th and the steel will start going up this week! Watch for more pictures as the building rises...
