The Presbyterian Hospital project included a major renovation of the existing Energy Plant, routing of 20” chilled water lines underground to the new addition and renovation area and completion of a six-story addition in front of the existing hospital. All of this work had to be scheduled and completed while working with the staff of the hospital so not to interrupt their daily operations. The Presbyterian Hospital project was completed four months ahead of schedule as a result of strategic planning.
