project experience » CNM Rio Rancho Instructional Building

item1b

The CNM campus will be built on a 40-acre site near the new Rio Rancho City Center and is expected to be completed and open for classes in 2010. The design of the building will be similar to the Westside Campus, located in northwest Albuquerque.

The building will be one of only a few LEED-certified buildings in Rio Rancho. This means the construction and completion of the building will not only be environmentally friendly but will meet high levels of energy efficiency when it opens. It will include an interior courtyard where students can study outside and still be protected from the elements.

Tasks:
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Pipe Fabrication
• Duct Fabrication

Key Features:
• 66,340 Square Feet
• LEED Certified
