Miller Bonded Mechanical provided and installed all HVAC ductwork, piping, and equipment which included chilled water and heating water systems that serve six rooftop air handling units, 350 Variable Air Volume reheat and fan coil units. Miller Bonded completed all mechanical projects, including restrooms on each of the seven floors and private restrooms in the Judges’ chambers. The courtyard fountain was supplied and piped by MBI. Domestic water, roof drain piping and utility work was also included in this project.
